Dr. James Albert CREEKMORE, DVM, son of  William Jackson CREEKMORE and Talitha Ann PORTER, was born March 18, 1877, died February 25, 1948, and buried in Ebenezer Cemetery, Franklin County, Alabama.  He married Lula REA, daughter of  Caroll REA and Martha Jane POUNDERS.  She was born January 13, 1882, in Franklin County, Alabama, died February 26, 1967, and buried in Ebenezer Cemetery, Franklin County, Alabama.

Their children were:

.........2-Ethel CREEKMORE born July 26, 1900, in Franklin County, Alabama.
.........2-William Hersey CREEKMORE born July 24, 1902, in Franklin County, Alabama, died March 20, 1957, and buried in Red Bay City Cemetery, Franklin County, Alabama.
.........2-Cassie CREEKMORE born April 18, 1903, in Franklin County, Alabama, died October 20, 1972.
.........2-Clovis CREEKMORE born November 24, 1905, in Franklin County, Alabama, died October 20, 1963, and buried in Providence Cemetery, Itawamba County, Mississippi.
.........2-Gilmer CREEKMORE born June 5, 1909, in Franklin County, Alabama, died April 8, 1912, and buried in Ebenezer Cemetery, Franklin County, Alabama.
.........2-Visey L. (Twin) CREEKMORE born January 25, 1914, died December 1981.
.........2-Lessie (Twin) CREEKMORE born January 25, 1914, in Franklin County, Alabama, died 1996.
.........2-Edna CREEKMORE born March 28, 1916, in Franklin County, Alabama.
.........2-Elijah "Boot" CREEKMORE born August 10, 1918, died October 28, 1961, and buried in Providence Cemetery, Itawamba County, Mississippi.
