Paul Franklin Britton, 83, Tuscumbia, died Friday, January 14, 2000. The funeral will be Sunday, January 16, 2000 at Littleville Church of Christ with burial in Belgreen Cemetery.

Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia, is directing.

Officiating at the funeral will be Terry Jones, James Moyce and Gerald Sockwell.

Mr. Britton was a native of Belgreen, Alabama but had lived in Colbert County for the past 49 years. He was a veteran of World War II, was a member of the VFW and the Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Homer H. Britton, and Robert C. Britton, and a sister, Rachel Bolton.

He is survived by sisters, Marie Mauldin and Ida Degraw, both of Tuscumbia and Judy Winters of Louisville, Kentucky.

Pallbearers will be Larry Mauldin, Cranford Taylor, Justin Taylor, Danny Jones, Paul Jones and Ray Tomaszewski.
